On this In Focus session I discuss the benefits of Space. It is becoming increasingly hard to create space for ourselves in our lives. We are constantly glued to the online world, TV, etc. Every now and then it is important to unplug from the Matrix and take some time out to reflect and give our brains the opportunity to just be present.
