In this week’s In Focus session I wanted to discuss with you a tool that I find very helpful and powerful in my life; meditation. It’s something that I incorporate into my daily routine and find the benefits seriously huge. Finding the time each day to sit and reflect and become comfortable with my thoughts is invaluable.
So I wanted to share some of my experiences with meditation and a little bit of research to let you know why it can be so beneficial.
