Dumi Oburota is a man who knows a thing or two about success; he discovered and started working with Tinie Tempah when the rapper was just a teenager and together they have built their Disturbing London empire. Dumi has gone on to work with huge talents such as Jessie J, Wizkid and Yxng Bane as well as branching into fashion and events

But the thing that struck me most was Dumi’s calm and attentive energy. He came across very humble and grounded and has a genuine interest in people.

In this conversation we spoke about; how Dumi identifies an artist’s talent, why he always looks to appreciate the moment, learning from setbacks and why he believes success is the journey.
