This week’s episode I am joined by Grace Victory who is one of my favourite people ever. Grace is a blogger, writer, TA therapist in training and is all about multidimensional wellbeing.
Back in September Grace joined me for a live recording of the podcast and since then we’ve stayed in touch via text but hadn’t really had a catch up face-to-face since so this was a great excuse for a recording with her. And we all know so much has changed within the world with the cover pandemic and uprising of Black Lives Matter movement, which have effected us all emotionally and mentally.
So it was great to get Grace back on the podcast to discuss what she’s been up to and her learnings in lockdown. What I always love is Grace’s honesty with herself and her emotions, particularly when she shared a really vulnerable moment towards the end of this episode which she hasn’t mention publicly before.
