Be At Peace With Letting Go | A Conversation With My Two Best Mates – Ep 156

This week’s episode means a lot to me because not only do we cover some amazing topics but it is with my two best mates Moz and Joe.

We’ve witnessed each other grow, we’ve travelled together, we’ve laughed together, cried together, we’ve loved each other and hated each other, we’ve worked on various projects together and we’ve supported each other through the highest of highs and lowest of lows, so this really is a special episode for me.

And right now Joe is taking part in a fundraiser which is close to both of our hearts in which he is doing and indoor cycle, covering the distance from Wimbledon to Saint Tropez, all in support and aid of our friend and mentor Ben Chatfield, a wonderful man who has played a pivotal role in both of our lives – which we discuss later on in the episode.
